Classes & Events
We offer unique classes and workshops for actors and creators which focus on freeing the body, mind, spirit, and creative energies. Our classes focus on physical, mental, and emotional work that frees blocked energy in our bodies, promotes calm and relaxation which improves concentration and creativity, and encourages play and authenticity all in a supportive and safe space. We also support traditional acting classes and other modalities as well. We can pick and choose what works for us at any given time!
We welcome ideas for other events and ways to utilize the space for industry related gatherings, lectures, interactive events and more. Please contact us with your ideas!
All classes, workshops, and events are held in a contemporary community space in the Hiawatha neighborhood of Seattle (near the International District and Mount Baker neighborhoods). There is limited free neighborhood street parking.
