• Limited, free neighborhood street parking + additional parking area nearby.

• Access to a kitchenette and private restrooms.

• Black covered folding chair seating.

• Black out curtains.

• Outside food and drinks are welcome! Must secure a banquet permit to serve alcohol ($25).

• Play some games while you're conversing and schmoozing. We have oversized Connect Four and Ping Pong in the courtyard (weather permitting). Other games are welcome. 

• Other services: we can create event evites, social media and marketing flyers, provide concessions, and secure banquet permits. ($30/hour)​​​​​​​​​​
